New Grad, Entry LevelAmo Realty is a small real estate brokerage that provides each of our agents with at least 10-20+ incoming real estate leads per week. The role involves handling a high volume of residential and commercial leads to help agents close sales effectively.

Responsibilities
We give each of our agents at least 10+ leads per week
The leads come in from a variety of sources
We're flooded with residential buyer leads
We also provide incoming seller leads
The commercial leads that we have are mainly commercial lease leads looking for office space, restaurants, retail, industrial and more
There are also larger commercial investor leads
We offer a simple, transparent commission structure:
80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years with an $18,000 cap
50/50 split on company-provided leads
After 3 years, you keep 100% of your own leads after a $5,000 cap
100% commission on personal real estate transactions
100% commission for nuclear family
There are no desk fees, no transaction fees, and no monthly charges — ever
We have agents who have been with us for 10-15+ years and they don't typically need leads from us, however we can back them up with leads when they need it
We need agents that are going to close sales and stay with us for the long run
