Responsibilities
Drive financial performance across multiple manufacturing sites by identifying opportunities to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and mitigate operational and financial risks
Develop and maintain repeatable financial models to support decision-making, forecasting, and operational performance analysis
Lead financial support for the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
Create, maintain, and publish dashboards and drill-down analyses to support regular executive-level performance reviews
Provide financial support for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), including validation of forecast accuracy and financial assumptions
Support new product introductions, project management initiatives, and capital and process improvement business cases, including validation of costs, savings, and profitability
Track performance against approved business cases and committed financial targets
Deliver ad hoc analyses and support special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years supporting full P&L ownership and working capital planning
Prior experience in a manufacturing or plant-based environment
Strong background in cost accounting and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and operational finance principles
Experience with enterprise planning, forecasting, and data mining tools
Proficiency with Microsoft data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, PowerPivot, and Access
Experience with enterprise reporting systems (e.g., Oracle FCCS, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar)
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
