Responsibilities

Conducting doctrine research, development, and analysis

Applying Operations Research/Systems Analysis (ORSA) methods such as statistical analysis, decision theory, mathematical programming, and probabilistic modeling

Supporting studies of concepts, system designs, and emerging technologies

Supporting Fleet operations through analysis of Tactical Decision Aids (TDAs) and Post-Mission Analysis (PMA) functions

Developing analytical inputs for CONOPS, CONEMP/CONOES, Fleet TACMEMOs, NTTPs, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), mission readiness assessments, risk and cost analyses, requirements development, and technology assessments
