Account Executive - Texas Sports Academy (Alpha School Network)
Texas Sports Academy is the elite sports branch of Alpha School, which enables students to learn efficiently through an AI-powered learning model. They are seeking an Account Executive to build relationships with coaches and parents, guide them through the partnership process, and support the launch of sports-focused schools in Texas.

Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with coaches and parents across a variety of sports
Connect with qualified leads and guide them from initial interest to signed partnership
Conduct virtual presentations to explain the Texas Sports Academy model and benefits
Support coaches through the full setup process — from first conversation to academy launch
Close parents (that are strong fits) on joining our schools as founding families
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms to manage pipeline and follow-ups
Excellent digital communication skills over email, text, and slack
Based in Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth preferred)
Preferred
Athletic background strongly preferred (former college/pro athlete, coach, or trainer)
