Responsibilities
Price negotiation
Handle and check quotes
Take care of OCEAN Logistics documentation
Help others for handling orders for each sales channel. (B to B business)
Receive, input, and verify sales orders, ensuring accuracy from entry to invoicing-Communicates with warehouses and our factory for sales orders and production
Contacts customers regularly via telephone, email, letters and in person to ascertain their needs and keep business and information
Handle customer service complaints, products complaints, and customer requests via telephone and e-mail
Ensures that orders are shipped out on-time and accurately
Answer and routing incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, provides general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management
Qualification
Required
Bilingual Japanese/English
Bachelor degree
Some years of OCEAN logistics work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must have Associate degree or higher
