Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences
Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload

Qualification
Required
Master's degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
