Penguin Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their HR team. In this hybrid role, the successful candidate will partner closely with leaders to develop and execute talent solutions that align with business objectives and promote a culture of high performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

Act as a coach and trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions

Partner with managers to drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition, ensuring development plans align with the organization’s mission, vision, and values

Address employee concerns, interpersonal conflicts, and performance-related coaching to foster a productive, inclusive work environment

In partnership with the Centers of Excellence, facilitate the successful rollout of key HR programs (e.g., performance reviews, talent development, succession planning, compensation planning)

Foster a collaborative working environment by establishing cross-functional relationships across the organization (ie. the broader HR/TA team, Finance, Legal, IT, etc)

Analyzes trends and metrics to recommend solutions, programs, and policies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent education and experience

6-8 years of experience working in the human resources field

Track record of establishing strong partnerships and influencing individuals at all levels in the organization

Experience supporting various business functions including manufacturing, engineering, marketing, and sales
