Customer Success Services Project Manager

Responsibilities
Manage professional services projects for customers
Conduct project kick-off and customer status meetings with clear communication
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to schedule and complete tasks on time
Monitor project timelines and milestone progress to maintain focus and efficiency
Maintain project data in internal systems and project management tools, including status updates and forecasts
Address and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams and maintaining communication
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in professional services or customer service
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Experience with Microsoft Visio, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage a large volume of customers and projects concurrently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience with SalesForce and/or Certinia is a plus
