Responsibilities
Deliver tailored and structured products, solutions, and platforms to the Bank’s most sophisticated UHNW clients
Identifying and assessing risk profiles, collateral compositions, risk appetites, time horizons, coupon levels and basket compositions
Analyzing and structuring customized solutions for professional wealth management clients across domestic and international markets
Focusing on Ultra High Net Worth clients
Analyzing financial documents and assessing financial performance across Fund solution sector, including Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds, and Hedge Funds
Analyzing complex product demonstrations and legal documents and evaluating potential risks
Performing in-depth product analysis and evaluating new product opportunities
Managing portfolios through reviews and continuous monitoring using trading, risk management, analytics, and reporting tools
Conducting detailed analysis of strategic equity stakes, debt capital markets instruments, real estate, and infrastructure funds to assess risks, opportunities, and liquidity client suitability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent
Five (5) years of experience analyzing and structuring customized solutions for professional wealth management clients across domestic and international markets, focusing on Ultra High Net Worth clients
Experience analyzing financial documents and assessing financial performance across Fund solution sector, including Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds, and Hedge Funds
Experience analyzing complex product demonstrations and legal documents and evaluating potential risks
Experience performing in-depth product analysis and evaluating new product opportunities
Experience managing portfolios through reviews and continuous monitoring using trading, risk management, analytics, and reporting tools
Experience conducting detailed analysis of strategic equity stakes, debt capital markets instruments, real estate, and infrastructure funds to assess risks, opportunities, and liquidity client suitability
Employer will accept three (3) years of academic study toward a Bachelor's degree in one of the above-listed fields and two (2) years of related experience to satisfy the Bachelor's degree requirement
