Enterprise Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for enterprise clients managing large, complex multifamily portfolios
Deliver a best-in-class client experience across ILS Management™, Brynsights™, and the Fee Transparency Compliance Monitor™
Lead client demos, onboarding, and ongoing engagement, partnering cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and adoption
Analyze portfolio-level reporting, translate insights into clear recommendations, and guide clients toward smarter, data-driven decisions
Lead internal initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and overall client impact
Identify opportunities for platform enhancements, service expansion, and long-term value creation for both clients and Brynson

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in the multifamily industry, with a strong understanding of portfolio-level operations and marketing ecosystems
5+ years in a client-facing role, managing complex relationships and delivering high-touch service
Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Exceptional communication skills, a strong growth mindset, and a values-driven approach to problem solving
Demonstrated experience managing client retention, satisfaction, and performance KPIs

Preferred

1–2+ years of direct property management experience
