Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness standards
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
Supervise food preparation and front-of-house teams, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
Monitor inventory levels and control costs through effective inventory management and ordering procedures
Handle cash management, POS system operations (including Oracle POS), and cash handling procedures
Ensure consistent quality of food production and presentation in line with restaurant standards
Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards for efficiency and compliance
Lead staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives
Manage shift operations to optimize productivity while maintaining a positive work environment
Collaborate with culinary staff on menu development, food safety protocols, and catering or banquet services when applicable
Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
Coordinate with vendors for supplies procurement and manage budgetary responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Proven management experience in quick service & convenience store or casual dining establishments; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety standards
Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha Oracle POS; cash handling expertise required
Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, and team management
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
Ability to oversee inventory control, budgeting, and cost management effectively
Experience in managing shift operations within a fast-paced environment
Culinary experience or background in food production is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to lead training & development initiatives and foster a positive team culture
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic setting
