Responsibilities
Develop and execute an equity raise strategy targeting accredited high-net-worth individuals and family offices—domestic (US & Canada) and international
Close equity investment rounds that fuel aggressive growth
Build and manage a pipeline of investor and partner relationships across North America
Own all capital communications, from first conversation to closed deal
Identify strategic M&A and partnership opportunities as they arise
Set strategic direction and make high-stakes decisions for the US and Canadian markets
Build and lead the executive team alongside existing senior leadership
Represent the company publicly—media, conferences, industry events throughout North America
Ensure governance, compliance, and ethical standards across all jurisdictions
Qualification
Required
Proven entrepreneur, dealmaker, or executive with a track record of closing significant equity investments from high-net-worth individuals and family offices
An established network of accredited high-net-worth individuals and family offices you can engage immediately—domestic or international
5+ years in executive leadership—we welcome accomplished mid-level executives ready to step into a senior role
Located in NYC Metro Area, or open to remote with regular travel to NYC and throughout North America
A proven relationship builder with a reputation that opens doors
Articulate, persuasive, and credible in front of capital
Comfortable with speed and decisive action
Hungry to build something significant
Preferred
Sell-side investment banking background
Startup experience
Insurance, fintech, or financial services industry exposure
Experience operating in both US and Canadian markets
