Responsibilities

Develop and implement United States media PR strategy

Responsible for the production and release of press releases, PR drafts, interviews, and other content

Maintain and expand media resources, establish a high-quality media/We Media relationship network

Organize and arrange PR matters such as media cooperation, interviews, and event dissemination

Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR activities, and adjust strategies in a timely manner

Assist in handling sudden public opinion incidents and conduct basic crisis public relations

Develop and execute social media operation strategies for the english-speaking market, including original content creation, trend spotting and brand integration, regular postings, AMAs, etc., to continuously increase user reach, engagement, and discussion within the english-speaking community

Proactively identify daily industry and market trends and transform them into social media content, or actively engage with KOLs and users to enhance brand exposure

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to carry out various social media collaboration initiatives

Conduct daily data tracking and analysis, and use insights to optimize and adjust future strategies and execution

Required

More than 2 years of experience in Crypto media, PR, or brand communication, social media operations experience, familiar with rules and best practices

Familiar with United States's Crypto media ecosystem, with good media resources or cooperation experience

Excellent writing and communication skills, able to independently write high-quality brand communication content

Familiar with the trends and hotspots in the Crypto industry, able to effectively combine branding and dissemination

Proactive, results-oriented, with good project management and cross-team collaboration skills

Strong ability to identify trending topics in the crypto and Web3 space; strong internet sensibility, excellent copywriting skills, and capable of creating and publishing highly engaging content

Familiar with organic community growth methods and able to attract and retain users
