Required

Bachelor's degree of Science in Nursing or other related field required
Three years of healthcare experience
Two years of quality management experience

Communicate effectively to different audiences
Proficient in computer skills using EXCEL, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Flowchart tools
Knowledgeable on High-Reliability Principles and PDSA methodology

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) preferred upon hire or within 2 years
