Drive the strategic development of our secure calling and conferencing product offering
Craft high-quality and differentiated functionalities within our cross-functional Calling team
Drive user adoption and business growth by maintaining a high-quality standard for your product
Contribute to shaping the strategic ambitions of Wire through the Calling product

Qualification

Product ManagementVideo ConferencingVoIP SystemsMedia Streaming TechnologiesNetwork ProtocolsCommunication SkillsCollaborative Mindset

Required

7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup, scale-up, or fast-paced environment
Experience with video conferencing platforms, VoIP systems, or media streaming technologies
Familiarity with the field requirements of live communication (codecs, protocols, deployment requirements)
Understanding of network protocols and real-time media transmission challenges
Strong communication and influencing skills in cross-functional settings with empowered engineering teams
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively between engineering and business teams
Collaborative and results-driven mindset to work closely with commercial teams to inspire growth and adoption
