Responsibilities
Develop strategies and operational logistics for the bank’s success
Lead and direct banking operations through bank managerial duties
Build strong relationships with customers and other financial institutions
Develop and promote products and services to customers
Direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, administration and sales in accordance with the Encore Bank's objectives
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales and partnership opportunities
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Meet goals and metrics
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and Encore Bank
Stay abreast of competing markets and provide updates on market movement
Other duties as assigned by management
May supervise 1 – 3 employees including directing and managing work load, creating and managing work schedules, approving time off requests, ensuring performance remains at an acceptable level, and other managerial type duties as needed
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of Banking experience
At least 5 years of Branch/Office Management experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other business related fields
Proficiency in analyzing and understanding financial statements, ratios and concepts
Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high pressure work environment with varying degrees of supervision
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Results driven and customer focused
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
While performing the duties of this job this individual is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk, sit, talk, hear, use their hands and fingers (manual dexterity), use a telephone, and occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this position include, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus
The ability to solve problems, make decisions, supervise others, interpret data, organize information, written and oral communication and read/write
