Responsibilities
Provides support for managing and analyzing neuroimaging data
Play a central role on large-scale projects that seek to understand the impact of reproductive timepoints, including puberty, pregnancy, and menopause, on the brain
Work in a team environment with a diverse, multi-disciplinary group of faculty and trainees from psychiatry, psychology engineering, statistics, and computer science
Management, processing, and analysis of high-dimensional imaging data
Lead independent projects (i.e., meta-analyses of neuroimaging studies) where they write first-author manuscripts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Computational Neuroscience
3 to 5 years of research experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Program and data analysis skills including Python, linux/bash, SQL, and R
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience with neuroimaging tools (SPM, AFNI, FSL)
Experience with clinically-acquired neuroimaging
Experience with machine learning
Experience working with Epic databases (Clarity, databricks, Caboodle)
