Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of high-ticket closers (5–15+)
Run daily/weekly team check-ins and performance reviews
Review call recordings and provide structured feedback
Enforce sales process, discovery standards, and compliance
Track KPIs: close rate, cash collected, show rate, follow-ups
Identify underperformance and correct it fast
Collaborate with leadership on offer improvements and scaling
Qualification
Required
Have previous experience managing closers (high-ticket preferred)
Understand sales metrics, not just motivation
Are comfortable holding people accountable
Can coach discovery, objection handling, and closing psychology
Have led teams that closed $200K–$500K+ per month
Think in systems, not emotions
