They are seeking a Project Architect who will manage projects independently from design through construction, coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Responsibilities
Manage projects independently from schematic design through construction administration
Coordinate consultants and manage the permitting/approval process
Produce and oversee high-quality construction drawings and details
Conduct site visits, respond to RFI’s, and work directly with contractors to solve problems during construction
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture
~10 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio of built high-end residential projects
Licensed Architect preferred (but not required if equivalent experience)
Proficiency in AutoCAD (ArchiCAD or Lumion a plus)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and residential building codes
Excellent communication and client management skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a small, collaborative studio environment
