Responsibilities
Complete projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities that drives equipment OEE
Assist with designing new testers, fixtures, and test setups using 3D CAD mechanical and electrical software
Lead technicians and maintenance personnel in the construction of new equipment
Standardize and document equipment calibration processes
Create software, reports, and data structures
Advise other engineers on equipment and process questions and root-cause analysis
Develop training material and implement/oversee test-related training of operators
Perform root-cause analysis and recommend solutions to equipment related issues
Design and lead small to mid-scale software and equipment projects
Qualification
Required
BS in relevant engineering field required
Demonstrated skills and abilities in all responsibilities required of equipment systems engineers
Preferred
Experience with Soilidworkds, Altium, or similar preferred
