Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the sales department with efficiency and effectiveness
Recruit, train, and lead sales associates with emphasis on achieving performance excellence
Demonstrate exceptional closing capabilities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relevant to automotive sales operations
Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and in a professional manner
Ensure high standards are consistently maintained for vehicle deliveries to customers
Oversee that sales representatives adhere to all dealership policies and procedures
Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management

Required
