Responsibilities

Lead PEC initiatives including governance framework implementation, project execution support, and best practice sharing
Develop and maintain standardized project management methodologies, templates, and tools (e.g., critical path, risk management)
Drive continuous improvement through iterative updates to processes and systems
Facilitate strategic engagement forums to promote alignment and knowledge exchange
Collaborate with IT and business partners to assess and enhance collaboration platforms
Support onboarding and learning initiatives in partnership with the Learning and Engagement team
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to PEC’s long-term sustainability and scalability

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
5 Years of Relevant Experience

Preferred

Proven experience in project and portfolio management within a complex, cross-functional environment
Medical device or pharma experience preferred
