Deep-dive into local real estate markets to understand their supply/demand characteristics
Sharpen your analytical skills to conduct research and analyze market and property information
Contribute to writing appraisal reports focusing on retail, land, right-of-way/condemnation and litigation
Work alongside project leaders and senior staff on the above, receiving guidance and building skill sets
Qualification
Required
A commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your certified general license
An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real-estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong business English writing skills
Strong communication skills
Preferred
1-3 years in commercial real estate
