Responsibilities

Position is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans by soliciting business through multiple channels, negotiating price to meet company profitability objectives, while ensuring compliance with established lending policies and procedures

Present Cambria Mortgage residential mortgage products to realtors, builders, and other housing related businesses in the Minnesota market

Effectively solicit, track and monitor all leads generated and provided by Cambria Mortgage

Identify new business opportunities to meet company goals

Collaborate with operations team to ensure customer service, loan quality and targets are achieved and/or exceeded

Maintain knowledge of compliance policies and procedures
