They are seeking a mission-minded and relationship-driven sales & marketing leader to join as the Director of Community Relations at Maple Glen memory care, responsible for increasing occupancy levels and providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

Be the community leader responsible for providing the highest level of customer service including building a prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating and giving community tours, and performing purposeful follow-up

Coordinates the annual and monthly marketing action plans

Maintains census rates and inquiry history

Maintains marketing collateral

Coordinates for all move-ins

Maintains the mailing and follow-up calls with customers and referrals

Completes a weekly marketing report

Maintains Guest and Showrooms

Communicates regularly with department managers, community leaders, and other marketing staff

Perform other duties as assigned
