Responsibilities
Use your financial acumen to educate callers on funds and products to achieve customer satisfaction
Use your detail-orientation to process all transactions for shareholders to achieve accurate investments
Qualification
Required
You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
You possess a minimum six months working in a customer service environment that required direct in person or phone interaction
A Series 6 is required within 6 months
You must also be available to work a set 8 hour schedule between the hours of 700am to 700pm, Monday-Friday
