The Merchandise Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service in the merchandise and pro shop area, helping create lasting memories for guests during tournaments and events.

Responsibilities

Answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Proper use of Micros point of sale software

All opening and/or closing duties

Ability to use a heat press to imprint logos and designs on apparel in an efficient manner

Ability to take orders for custom apparel

Ability to perform and document merchandise inventory

Maintain organized displays and desk area

Perform basic mathematical computations

Balance drawer and manage daily income

Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner

Will be required to stand for extended periods of time
