Responsibilities

For a custom, residential design and build firm, closely collaborate with senior architects, designers, and project teams, including construction/build teams, to develop precise, innovative, and sustainable design concepts and maintain full responsibility for project design from estimation through construction

Using software including Revit, AutoCAD, TwinMotion, and PhotoShop, Create detailed architectural drawings and related documents for interior design, including selections, finishes, and custom solutions for specific client requirements

Assist in on-site analysis, feasibility studies, and code compliance assessments

Regularly participate in client meetings, presentations, and communication concerning project updates and changes

Project Designer expected to manage multiple projects at one time
