Sales & Project Coordinator – Los Angeles

Artemest is seeking a Sales & Project Coordinator to join their expanding U.S. team in Los Angeles. This dynamic, client-facing role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project requests, and collaborating with teams in New York and Milan to ensure a seamless client experience.

Architecture

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Artemest clients, designers, and developers on the West Coast
Manage inbound project requests through the CRM system, maximizing every opportunity through proactive outreach and follow-up
Visit clients, design studios, and project sites to present Artemest’s collection, discuss project requirements, and build relationships
Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and FF&E specifications in coordination with the U.S. commercial team and Milan headquarters
Liaise with the Milan operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate pricing, sampling, and order execution
Oversee projects from inquiry through delivery and installation, providing clear communication and a seamless client experience
Maintain organized CRM and project tracking data, ensuring transparency across teams
Assist in preparing client presentations, product selections, and meeting materials
Represent Artemest at local design events and industry gatherings, acting as a brand ambassador

Required

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field
2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, project management, or client support within the design or luxury interiors industry
Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams
Proficiency in CRM systems and strong attention to detail
Confidence conducting client meetings and site visits
Genuine passion for Italian craftsmanship, design, and the luxury interiors market
