Qualification
Required
QuickBooks Online Certification (Required)
3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Double (formerly Keeper)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and small business finance
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines
Preferred
Experience working with small businesses or service-based industries and nonprofits
