Responsibilities
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings to support organizational training needs
Provide administrative support for Leadership Development programs and additional trainings, including new hire orientation
Manage day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System including managing content, tracking learner progress, generating reports and resolving user issues
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand knowledge and performance gaps and devise custom training solutions to support business needs
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination or related field
Hands on experience managing a Learning Management System, or similar system
Experience with Workday a plus
Interest in developing in a facilitator role
Foundational understanding of adult learning theory
Experience supporting the design and execution for technical and non-technical learning programs
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details accurately
General knowledge of human resources practices, functions, and procedures
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources or another related field is preferred but not required
Experience in Instructional Design and Content Creation preferred
Experience with design tools such as Articulate 360 and video editing software (i.e., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro) preferred
