Responsibilities

Represent Optiver by managing existing and building new relationships with external counterparties
Interpret large flows to inform trading strategies
Identify new market opportunities to diversify strategies and maximize team success
Collaborate with internal sales and trading desks to make real-time contributions to trading and pricing decisions

Qualification

Credit Derivatives tradingCorporate Bonds tradingFixed Income ETFs tradingMarket flow interpretationRelationship managementQuantitative analysisContinuous improvement mindsetCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

4+ years of experience trading Credit Derivatives, Corporate Bonds, or Fixed Income ETFs
Expertise in trading and position management around market flows
Deep understanding of the market landscape and industry dynamics, enabling the identification of innovative growth opportunities
Excellent communicator with a proven track record of building and maintaining external relationships
Competitive and dedicated to continuous improvement within a team environment
Strong mathematical and quantitative background
Hold a bachelor's degree (required)
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening
