Responsibilities
Support process design for water and wastewater treatment facilities, including filtration, biological treatment, disinfection, residuals handling, and advanced treatment processes
Prepare engineering calculations, process flow diagrams, hydraulic profiles, and design criteria
Assist with equipment sizing, technical memoranda, and design reports
Contribute to the development of construction drawings and specifications in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
Support process modeling, treatment evaluations, and data analysis
Participate in field investigations, facility assessments, and startup or testing support as needed
Collaborate with project managers and discipline leads to meet project schedules and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe
0–3 years of experience in water or wastewater engineering, internships included
Strong technical aptitude and interest in treatment process design
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
