Responsibilities
Providing outstanding customer service and front office support
Responding to in-person, phone and email inquiries
Assisting with processing land transactions
Applying for state deeds and filing documents for recording
Providing support to the Information Specialist III where applicable
Qualification
Required
Three (3) years full-time paid verifiable experience in a clerical support position
Demonstrated ability to operate personal computer-based systems
Proficiency, as defined by the Civil Service Commission, in operating word processing software
Ability to type from clear copy at a rate of 40 w.p.m./net
All employees must be continuously authorized to work in the United States, for St. Louis County, on a full-time basis
