They are seeking a Junior Designer to contribute to interior design projects, assist with client communication, and support the design team in various capacities.

Responsibilities
Contribute to planning and concepting, BIM modeling, preparing design presentations, visualizations and construction drawings
Assist with research, design, selection, specification, & documentation of interior design elements such as furniture, fixtures, finishes, millwork, lighting, etc
Assist with on-site surveying, construction administration and FF&E/Styling installation review
Communicate and interface with clients, engineering consultant, vendors, dealers, manufacturers, fabricators & contractors
Learn from and work closely under our Studio Director and Project Managers
Maintain materials library and develop product and sample collection
Qualification
Required
0-3 post-degree years of relevant experience at an architecture or design office
MUST have experience and proficiency in Revit and Enscape
Comfort with multi-tasking and collaboration within a context of fast-paced projects
Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
Excellent English language communication and client-facing skills
Work examples that demonstrate a sophisticated design sensibility
Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Excel, Smartsheet knowledge is also required
Located in NYC area and available start ASAP
Legally eligible to work in the United States, without need for employer sponsorship
Preferred
Experience on DD/CD phases for interior architecture projects is a plus
FF&E sourcing and specification experience a plus
