Responsibilities

Oversee the strategic planning and execution of cybersecurity programs to strengthen the organization's security framework
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of cybersecurity initiatives with business goals
Track and report on program progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within resource constraints
Design and implement robust cybersecurity training programs tailored to various employee levels
Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest threats and industry best practices
Collaborate with training vendors and promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and continuous learning throughout the organization
Identify and implement automation and AI security opportunities to enhance cybersecurity operations and efficiency
Work with technical teams to develop automated solutions for threat detection and incident response
Integrate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into the cybersecurity infrastructure
Craft compelling narratives and presentations to communicate cybersecurity strategies and initiatives to various audiences
Develop clear and concise written materials, including reports, policies, and training content
Engage and educate stakeholders through effective storytelling and presentation skills

Required

6-8 years experience
bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Advance skills in automating reports in PowerBi, PowerPoint, Infographic, Excel, and Word
Extensive experience in cybersecurity program management, with a focus on training, governance, and technical development
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Advanced proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Required to know Cyber industry frameworks (MITRE, NICE) to support update cyber role curriculum and training
