2+ years exphth companies is an industrial services provider offering various services across the Midwest. They are seeking a Power Platform Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions to aid in business processes and decision-making.

Responsibilities
Assisting in designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications using PowerApps
Assisting in creating custom reports and dashboards using Power BI
Assisting in creating and maintaining custom processes using Power Automate
Assisting in integrating data from various sources into Power BI and PowerApps
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Supporting applications and reports
Maintaining data accuracy and validity
Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficient in integrating PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate to create business solutions
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of data modeling and database concepts
Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field
Relevant work experience considered in lieu of education requirements
Ability to tell stories using visual representations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to problem solve and develop solutions
Follows directions of manager / lead / superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed
Respects self, co-workers, managers, company, other contractors, and clients
Adaptable in methods used to complete task
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects

Shows up on time ready to complete work
Ability to work independently
Must be able to complete an OSHA 10 hour within 60 days of starting at hth companies
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Ability to lift, push, pull and move up to 50 lbs. on a routine basis
Ability to climb and stairways regularly throughout the work shift
Preferred
Experience with SQL and other BI tools
Proficient with DAX and Power Query
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business or related field
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills
2+ years of experience working with Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate
Proficient in data modeling
Capable of maintaining scope and timeline of a project
