They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Supply Planner to lead supply and demand planning activities, collaborating cross-functionally to develop supply plans and forecasts for hardware and materials.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute supply plans aligned with customer demand while optimizing inventory levels

Manage CTB processes for hardware, recommending allocations during material shortages

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement

Articulate business problems, present analyses, and make recommendations to various internal and external audiences

Support monthly S&OP reviews to ensure alignment on demand, supply and risk buy in the short and long term

Lead initiatives to enhance planning processes, incorporating industry best practices. Implement reporting, tools, and methodologies to improve forecasting accuracy and streamline planning activities

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and reliable material delivery. Collaborate on supplier development and performance improvement initiatives

Utilize data analysis tools to analyze trends, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insights for decision-making. Provide regular reports and dashboards to management
