Responsibilities

Partner with internal clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities for AI adoption
Prototype end-to-end AI solutions — from model evaluation and integration to deployment-ready proofs of concept — addressing use cases such as robotic perception in manufacturing, generative workflows for vehicle design, or predictive analytics for demand and warranty forecasting
Evaluate and apply state-of-the-art AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, computer vision, predictive modeling) to solve real business problems
Collaborate cross-functionally with vehicle engineering, manufacturing, data, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and knowledge transfer
Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to non-technical audiences, bridging the gap between technical innovation and business impact
Lead high-impact AI enablement projects and mentor engineers across teams

Qualification

Required

7 years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied data science
Proven ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions
Strong understanding of modern AI methods and their practical applications (LLMs, diffusion models, computer vision, predictive modeling, etc.)
Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Excellent communication and consulting skills; ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners
Experience leading complex AI projects end-to-end, from scoping to prototype delivery

Preferred

Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial applications
Familiarity with simulation tools or robotics (e.g., ROS, Isaac Sim, Gazebo)
Strong track record of delivering applied AI prototypes that demonstrate measurable business impact
Background in client-facing or consulting environments, translating technical work into business value
