Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers in the industrial controls and networking field
Provide advanced technical support and expertise for ethernet, plc, industrial controls and networking solutions
Apply safe practices to the installation and troubleshooting of modern building automation systems
Due to the nature of this discipline, on occasion, maybe required to work off-hours, on weekends, and/or holidays
Must be available for on-call rotation
Company vehicle will be provided to travel to company sites
Travel: 90%+ (Must be able to be at a Client site within 4 hours of a call)

Qualification

NICET Level 1 certificationHVAC experienceEthernet knowledgePLC experienceIndustrial controls knowledgeNetworking experienceMultitasking abilitiesMS Office proficiencyProblem solving skillsEffective communication

Required

3 or more years of field service experience in HVAC, industrial or fire controls, fire, card access and security
NICET Level 1 certification, required
Strong technical knowledge and experience in ethernet, PLC's or industrial controls and networking
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong guidance and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently
Effective communication and people-oriented skills
Experienced in MS Office
Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or technical/professional certification/training
NICET Level 2 or above, a plus
Previous technical/installation experience
Displays industry professionalism such as work ethic, communication, and time-management
Previous customer service experience
Good written and oral communication
Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
