Responsibilities

Provide quality review for basic to intermediate trade compliance tasks and processes performed within the Trade and Customs delivery center
Perform tasks supporting trade compliance operations to a variety of clients across a wide range of industries
Support the development of processes, SOPs, references, work instructions, and training of Delivery Center team members
Utilize new technologies and tools used in client service deliver and participate in technology or process development initiatives, including development and use of Alteryx and other data enablement tools
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and be responsible for delivering high quality trade compliance services
Keep up to date on current trade and customs practices

Required

Minimum one year (two to three years preferred) of recent trade and customs experience; including but not limited to U.S. Customs rules and regulations, HTS Classification, FTA management, PGA evaluation, and U.S. export compliance
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; U.S. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) preferred
Demonstrated quality service mindset, strong technical aptitude, and critical thinking skills
Familiar with SAP, Oracle, or other Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions; ability to navigate MS Office applications
Capability to handle multiple engagement and client service teams, along with reviewing and providing feedback to analysts on engagement work performed
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
