Training Development/Instructional Design Associate Intern
Gypsum Management and Supply is a national building materials distributor seeking a dynamic intern for their Training Development/Instructional Design team. The intern will assist various departments with research, clerical duties, and special projects to enhance their knowledge and skill set.

Responsibilities
Perform front desk duties, including answering the administrative office phone line and greeting guests
Sort and distribute incoming mail and drop off outgoing mail and FedEx
Order office supplies and business cards
Assist departments with projects and tasks and act as support as needs arise
Enter and review data in spreadsheets
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to organize work and manage time effectively
Self-starter able to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks
Ability to manage stress related to deadlines and ongoing projects
Ability to multitask
Ability to receive and analyze information
Ability to communicate solutions quickly when problems occur
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and initiative
