Translate for meetings and documents
Lead new hire orientations
Coordinate employee events
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of relative experience
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Proficiency with computers, including knowledge of HR systems, internet software, payroll systems, spreadsheets, and MS Word
Great customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic math abilities
