Responsibilities
Ensure maximum possible service availability and performance
Deliver premier customer service
Provide comprehensive support to our Engineering and other Operational and technical teams
Centrally manage OCI’s networks
Implement automated solutions to address common operational challenges efficiently
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in network operations
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Skilled and proactive engineering capabilities
Experience in data collection, triage, technical analysis, incident mitigation, and redirection
Capability to centrally manage OCI's networks
Ability to implement automated solutions to address operational challenges
Preferred
Preferred locations: Austin, Nashville or Denver
Experience in a Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) environment
