Responsibilities
Supervise the Patient Financial Navigators in the Regions/Clinics assigned and reviews their performance of Managed Care duties and patient collections
Responsible for providing training regarding Florida Cancer Specialists (FCS) collection policies and procedures to Patient Financial Navigators staff
Maintain and approve Managed Care employee staffing and payroll for Regions assigned
Work with the Clinic Finance Manager to address any Physician and Office Manager issues concerning Managed Care
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Three (3) + years of experience in the medical field business office with prior experience in the collection of self-pay and insurance accounts. (Preferably at a supervisory level)
Strong verbal communication skills in dealing with patients' financial matters
Experience in accounts receivable management
Preferred
Associate's Degree or Higher Education Preferred
