Responsibilities

Strategically lead marketing efforts across the system

Partner with the executive team to assess the current marketing activities

Create strategies to drive business development and increase market share

Implement a system to drive organizational effectiveness of all marketing activities

Translate business objectives and strategies into actionable brand initiatives that drive growth and strengthen market presence

Oversee external communications including website development and social media

Make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department

Oversee and manage all public relations activities, including press interactions and media outreach

Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies

Support the onboarding process for new providers to ensure smooth integration into the organization with onboarding of new providers

Qualification

Required

BS/BA in Marketing or related field

Minimum 8 years marketing experience

2 years' experience at director level or 5 years' experience at manager level

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred
