Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Outreach - Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to engage healthcare decision-makers
Lead Qualification – Identify potential customers, identify problems we can solve, and qualify prospects based on fit and needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team
Product Education – Clearly communicate the value proposition of our healthcare tech solutions and address common objections
CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts, conversations, and lead progress in Salesforce
Collaboration – Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies
Follow-ups & Nurturing – Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and keep them engaged throughout the sales funnel
Market Research – Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to tailor outreach efforts effectively

Required

Bachelor's degree required. Must be located within Eastern or Central time zones
Ability to demonstrate robust knowledge of and passion for sales
Confident, strong and energetic phone presence to engage prospects and peak interest
Persistence and resilience to handle objections and rejection, as well as meet goals
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Previous experience in sales or business development
Cold outreach experience
