Responsibilities
Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation
Maintain organized records, trackers, and internal communications
Keep track of office expenses and supplies
Coordinate hiring logistics (job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding)
Support student hiring and onboarding processes
Support the execution of research and commercialization projects as directed by managers
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across initiatives
Coordinate student activities and engagement
Plan and execute events, workshops, and student-facing programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of experience in program coordination or administrative support
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Preferred
Experience supporting academic or research environments preferred
Experience working across academia and industry preferred
