Foundation Software is looking for energetic individuals to join their payroll processing team at Payroll4Construction.com. As a payroll processor, you will be responsible for processing multiple client payroll accounts on a weekly basis and performing various administrative duties.

Processing payrolls in a timely and accurate manner
Updating and maintaining in-house records
Communicating with clients and responding to their requests
Administrative duties, including but not limited to stuffing checks, making photocopies and shipping packages
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Processing payrolls in a timely and accurate manner
Updating and maintaining in-house records
Communicating with clients and responding to their requests
Administrative duties, including but not limited to stuffing checks, making photocopies and shipping packages
Perform other duties as assigned
Computer literacy and skills in Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and strong math and problem-solving skills
Integrity and sensitivity for confidential data
Passion for quality service

Preferred

Some experience with payroll processing helpful but not required
