Millennium is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategic development and implementation of data science initiatives within their equity PM tools and AI platform. This role requires technical expertise and financial acumen to transform complex datasets into actionable investment insights, while managing the full data science pipeline.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between the data science team and portfolio management teams to understand data requirements and translate investment hypotheses into data science projects

Design and oversee the integration of data science offerings with existing portfolio management and AI investment tools

Develop and maintain comprehensive PM-facing documentation for all data science offerings and tools, including data dictionaries, methodologies, and use cases

Conduct end-user trainings, roundtables, and subject specific teach-ins to help collect feedback and inform pipeline

Conduct deep discovery to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging data science techniques and technologies relevant to equity investing

Required

3+ years working with data science offerings in investment contexts

2+ years of product management experience

Strong understanding of fundamental equity investing research workflows

Experience working directly with fundamental equity investment and portfolio management professionals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and data science concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex investment challenges into actionable solutions

Experience or interest in scaling data science across enterprise PM and AI tools
